COADY Architects is pleased to be taking part once again in the RIAI Simon Open Door initiative, running from 13–19 April 2026. This annual campaign brings architects and homeowners together to raise essential funds for the Simon Communities of Ireland, supporting people experiencing homelessness nationwide.

Throughout the week, members of our team will be offering one‑hour consultations in return for a €125 donation, with 100% of proceeds going directly to the Simon Communities. These sessions are a valuable opportunity for homeowners to discuss ideas for renovations, extensions, or retrofitting, while contributing to a cause that aligns closely with our values as architects.

We’re proud to continue our involvement in this meaningful initiative and to support the vital work carried out by the Simon Communities.
