On Thursday April 2^nd, the COADY team carried out a scheduled site visit to the Roslyn Park development in Sandymount. The visit formed an exciting opportunity for all staff to experience the building technologies employed in constructing a double height basement so close to the shoreline, as well as the other complex design features within the project.

Once completed the school campus will provide, a state of the art junior and senior school, while incorporating the James Gandon designed, Roslyn Park House (colloquially known as the ‘Gandon Villa) into the schools contemporary needs.

The site visit also provided a great opportunity for a catch up with colleagues, and a chance to kick off the Easter long weekend with a COADY Social gathering where we welcomed new team members to the office.

The Roslyn Park development continues to move forward with strong cooperation between all parties, and the insights gained during this visit will contribute meaningfully to the next stages of work.  Congratulations to the entire design and construction teams on the success of this project to date
