COADY Publishes Gender Pay Gap Report
Published September 2026Read time 1 minute(s)
COADY Architects has published its Gender Pay Gap Report in line with Ireland’s Gender Pay Gap Information Act requirements.
The report provides an analysis of pay across the practice and offers insight into the gender composition of our workforce. It is an important tool in helping us understand workforce trends, identify areas for continued focus and support our commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace.
As with many organisations operating within the architecture, engineering and construction sector, the findings reflect broader industry demographics and workforce patterns. A gender pay gap does not indicate unequal pay for equal work. Rather, it measures the difference in average earnings between male and female employees across an organisation.
At COADY, we are committed to fostering a workplace where all employees have the opportunity to develop and progress their careers. The information gathered through gender pay gap reporting helps inform our recruitment, retention, professional development and diversity initiatives, ensuring that we continue to build a strong and inclusive culture across our offices.
We believe transparency is an important part of this process and welcome the opportunity to share our findings.
