Block B of the 2nd Phase of Student Accommodation at University of Galway was successfully completed and handed over the to the client at the end of February, 2023.
This six-storey building contains 34 clusters with a total of 182 en-suite bedrooms. It is the first of four blocks in this current scheme. Block D was completed shortly after in April.

Block B of the 2nd Phase of Student Accommodation at University of Galway was successfully completed and handed over the to the client at the end of February, 2023.
This six-storey building contains 34 clusters with a total of 182 en-suite bedrooms. It is the first of four blocks in this current scheme. Block D is due for completed a couple of months later in April.
Coady Architects are Single Point Design Team Lead, Assigned & Design Certifier. Punch Consulting Engineers are acting as Civil & Structural Consultants with JV Tierney & Co as Services Consultants. Mitchel and Associates have designed the landscaping scheme. Jensen Hughes are carrying out the fire safety design strategy.
