COADY Architects were Design Team Lead for this 13,000sqm student housing project (Phase 1) to develop a detailed specimen design to be tendered to D&B Contractors. The Design Team was novated to the contractor post-tender.
The accommodation of 429 bed-spaces in 4 nr. blocks from 3 to 5 storeys in height was delivered, fully fitted, furnished, equipped and occupied in 2018.

Project Overview
COADY Architects were Design Team Lead for this 13,000sqm student housing project (Phase 1) to develop a detailed specimen design to be tendered to D&B Contractors. The Design Team was novated to the contractor post-tender.
The accommodation of 429 bed-spaces in 4 nr. blocks from 3 to 5 storeys in height was delivered, fully fitted, furnished, equipped and occupied in 2018.
We collaborated with FCBS during the design stage of the project.
COADY was Lead Consultant of a full SPDT and provided detailed design and delivery services leading the process of statutory approvals and coordination of all design information.
COADY are now leading Phase 2, comprising an additional 674 beds, also novated to the contractor post-tender. The project commenced on-site in August 2021.
