COADY Architects completed the interior design and fit-out of the Sharp Building on Hogan Place in January 2019. It comprises 4,157sqm of modern Grade A office space set over seven floors, transforming the streetscape of Hogan Place.

The project included the fit out to CAT B of the Ground Floor and Levels 3, 4 and 5 for Perrigo PLC and to CAT A on Levels 1 and 2, which are to be sublet by Perrigo. This includes 206 workspaces in the Perrigo office and 166 workspaces in the sub-let offices.

The design includes an exciting range of accommodation including a meeting suite, business lounge, collaboration/breakout areas, phone booths, gym, wellness room, tea points, a large 5th floor canteen and town hall space together with private offices and open plan work areas.
