This new 3,850sqm residential care home comprises a 2 storey courtyard building hosting 2 households of 25 ensuite bedrooms, including 10 Dementia dedicated beds – adjoining services and community day-care wings – as well as beautiful landscaped Dementia garden, roof garden and courtyards, on an integrated healthcare campus which also includes a new Primary Care building by COADY Architects. The comprehensive site landscaping has flourished and become well-established as the project advanced. This enhancement harmoniously complements the building’s facades.

The Material palette includes brick, render and FC cladding. Numerous sustainability elements were integrated into the project’s design such as air source heat pumps, solar PV panels and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.

The centre also includes a reception area, therapy spaces, activity rooms, dining areas, family accommodation and amenities as well as office and administration space. Also included are 43 no. car parking spaces with associated vehicular set-down area, delivery yard and 12 no. cycle parking spaces.
