The new façade, facing onto South. Leinster Street, a busy and noisy thoroughfare, has automatic vents and high performance glazing to improve air quality and heat retention while providing acoustically attenuated natural ventilation.

This 1980s office building has been refurbished, upgraded and converted to research and teaching use for the university. The new façade, facing onto South.

Leinster Street, a busy and noisy thoroughfare, has automatic vents and high performance glazing to improve air quality and heat retention while providing acoustically attenuated natural ventilation. A colourful and contemporary interior design fit-out was provided including fixtures, fittings and furniture.
