Raheen Lodge is a purpose-built residential healthcare facility designed to support modern models of care within a cohesive, carefully considered and resident-focused environment.
Extending to approximately 4,420 m² over two storeys, the building accommodates 80 bedspaces across 78 bedrooms, including single, accessible and twin en-suite rooms.

Project Overview
The design prioritises dignity, privacy and ease of movement, with dining, day and activity spaces arranged to support social engagement, orientation and wellbeing. Clinical, therapy and multi-purpose areas are seamlessly integrated with staff and operational accommodation to support efficient care delivery.
Secure landscaped courtyards and external amenity spaces provide accessible outdoor environments, contributing to a calm, therapeutic setting within a robust and adaptable building.
