The units are split across two blocks rising from a common ground floor to nine and ten storeys respectively.

Project Overview
COADY Architects are Design Team lead for post-planning to construction stage of a new 345-bed development split across 44 cluster apartments, Ground Floor Amenity Space along with Ground, First, Ninth and Tenth Floors external terraces, at Queen Street in Galway. The units are split across two blocks rising from a common ground floor to nine and ten storeys respectively.
The overall gross floor area is 10,800sqm. The c. 0.3 ha brownfield site is located on the edge of the Galway Inner Harbour Area at Queen Street, Galway City.
COADY’s service was to develop the design to developed design stage, where we were then novated to the contractor to develop detailed construction design drawings and oversee construction to completion.
