COADY Architects were appointed as Interior Architect for Interior Design and Fit-Out services of One Stemple Exchange for a Global Tech Company.
It comprises 6,000sqm of new modern office space set over 6 floors and includes full CAT A and CAT B fit out to all tenant areas to provide an exciting mix of worksettings.
COADY developed a strong design concept around ‘The River’ that creates unified client community through a user experience that flows though the building.
The creative and fun organising strategy that weaves together workspace neighbourhoods, focus spaces, meeting suites, collaboration hubs and gathering spaces to promote movement, choice, flexibility and innovation among the users.
A holistic approach to look and feel and colour evokes a sense of nature through material, colour, texture and form while remaining anchored in the Clients global brand, design standards and suppliers.
