No 1 Ailesbury Road had been in office use prior to its conversion back to a single family home by Coady Architects. The works included the restoration of the main rooms of the original house back to their former glory

These spaces were complemented by a new contemporary three storey extension providing a large family, dining space at garden level with a study and additional bedroom overhead. The works also included all new bespoke bathrooms and ensuites, fitted wardrobes and dressing room, mini-bar, pantry, utility spaces and a fully landscaped front and rear garden.
