COADY were engaged as Design Team Lead and Contract Administrator at Tender stage to deliver the project for Niche Living.

The Brick mix used on the lower floors compliments the array of finishes of the adjacent buildings with the step back at upper levels clad in granite providing relief and a sharp finish to the roof terraces.  The building scale sits well along the adjacent building heights in Rathmines and enhances the existing streetscape.
