This 4,500m2 addition to the campus at Institute of Technology comprises 14 specialist laboratories and a new campus restaurant.

The building integrates seamlessly into the concourse network of the Institute and provides generous social and 550 dining spaces for the campus.

The upper floors, of highly flexible undergraduate and research laboratories, are linked with a generous circulation areas punctuated with a matrix of breakout, informal learning and study spaces. Two courtyards and an atrium irrigate the deep form with natural ventilation and daylight – only specialist spaces have heat-recovery ventilation, BMS controlled.
