The scheme consists of a mix of units types and sizes – including ground floor and duplex apartments, terrace and semi-detached housing and 8 detached houses for travellers, giving a total of 71 units provided.
The site design provides an integrated but respectfully separated inclusion of 8no. traveller specific dwellings within a coherent overall layout, an efficient layout of housing clusters with an even distribution of types across the site, good quality streetscapes and building frontage with extensive passive surveillance of all public open spaces and good quality public amenity space to cater for a variety of user types of all abilities.
