COADY Architects were appointed by Cabhru to provide full architectural services for the demolition and redevelopment of James McSweeney House on Berkley Street, Dublin.
Once completed the development will provide 35 age-friendly apartments in an area well serviced by transport links, hospital services and local amenities.

Project Overview
The development is located on a site, bounded on all sides by historic structures that form the perimeter of Dublin’s North Georgian Core, resulting in a sensitive approach to the selection of materials, finishes and scale of the proposed building.
The four-storey structure will address Berkley Street with a private amenity space to the rear of the building with balconies on both main elevations.
