Elm Park is a landmark residential and office development, with a forward-thinking green design agenda, in a wonderful setting between Elm Park Golf Course and Dublin Bay, completed in 2008.

Project Overview
The architectural design provides for 73 apartments in a stepped form from 3 to 9 stories, as a continuation of the linear block forms of the original development.
A lower 4 storey block, encloses and overlooks a south facing landscaped amenity area, fully accessible, in keeping with the permeable landscaped environment of the original concept for the campus design.
The apartments in a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, take advantage of views to the west over Elm Park Golf Course and to the east towards Dublin Bay, with the provision of generous balconies, enclosed with winter garden glazing, similar to the original design strategies.
The scheme takes advantage of additional parking capacity in the basement, avoiding additional provision. This is complimented with new bicycle parking in the basement, which is accessed by a central lift and stair core extended to the existing basement.
