This was a winning scheme in a competition for a 5,000m² office building on a site located to the rear of a protected structure and with restricted access.
Taking full advantage of the relationship with the protected structures the scheme generates a strong sense of place and high levels of amenity for the users.

Project Overview

Taking full advantage of the relationship with the protected structures the scheme generates a strong sense of place and high levels of amenity for the users.
The new building sits among existing mature trees, with all workspaces enjoying natural light and ventilation, and fine views to the developed landscape.
