Clinical Education and Research Centre, Limerick
COADY Architects, in association with Perkins+Will, were appointed as Interior Architect for Interior Design and Fit-Out services to reconfigure and refresh the One Microsoft Court (OMC) building.
COADY provided services from inception through to completion, preparing all tender documentation and overseeing the delivery on site.
The existing office building comprises 9,823 sqm office space over 3 floors providing 700 workstations.

Project Overview
This new 3,442m2 Clinical Education and Research Centre, provides first class facilities that will accommodate and support the comprehensive educational, training and research needs of both the Graduate Entry Medical School of UL and the broad hospital community across all disciplines.
The project is one of the first public works project in Ireland, which has used BIM Level 2 deliverables from design through construction and on to handover.
