COADY Architects were appointed by Aviva to assist with their implemention of a real estate strategy that optimises their existing sites and aligns their workspaces to future business requirements.

The project spread across their facilities in One Park Place and Cherrywood Business Park. The project involved determining an agreed scope of dilapidation works between Aviva and their landlord at One Park Place.

Project Overview

COADY Architects were appointed by Aviva to assist with their implemention of a real estate strategy that optimises their existing sites and aligns their workspaces to future business requirements. The project spread across their facilities in One Park Place and Cherrywood Business Park. The project involved determining an agreed scope of dilapidation works between Aviva and their landlord at One Park Place. A full set of tender and construction documents were developed to capture the extensive scope of works which included strip out of tenant services, risers and finish’s, careful refurbishment of existing finishes to be retained, new M+E services, repairs to glazed façade elements and new reception flooring.

A parallel project involved the design and fit out of new offices for Aviva at Cherrywood Business Park. These works were undertaken in a phased basis in an occupied building and included the multiple new meeting rooms, tea stations, collaboration spaces and a new reception.
