COADY led the master planning of the 3.7acre Opera Square Project, retaining important Georgian buildings and integrating 45,000 sqm mixed use development, as one of the largest urban renewal projects outside Dublin.

COADY has also led the design of the first phase, One Opera Square, a six storey commercial office building, located at the corner of Michael Street and Ellen Street, in Limerick city centre.  

It provides for circa 10,000 sqm of Grade A office space with restaurant and retail units at ground level opening onto the Public Square. One Opera Square will be developed to achieve LEED & WELL Platinum accreditation, ‘Nearly Zero Energy Building’ (nZEB) rating and WiredScore, ensuring it meets the highest international sustainability standards.
