The project will consist of demolition of all existing buildings and the removal of the temporary accommodation on the site and to construct a replacement school building and associated facilities. 

The new school building will provide for 37 no. general classrooms, 20 no. specialist classrooms and a 4-no. class base Special Educational Need unit (SEN) together with a General purpose/dining area, a multi-use hall, library, staff and administration offices, staff room, pupil social areas, fitness suites and changing rooms facilities. 

The development will also include proposed site works comprising of all new external play areas, new access road and footpaths, staff car parking, cycling infrastructure, and ancillary infrastructure and landscaping works.
