As part of our on-going commitment to upskilling of key staff members in sustainability, COADY Architects are delighted to announce that Daire Kelly and Stephan Carter have recently achieved certification as Passive House Designers.

As project Architect and Associate respectively, we look forward to implementing their increasingly broadening skills and expertise on projects this year – working with Design Teams, Clients and stakeholders to deliver higher performing, operationally efficient and more comfortable places for us to live and work in, as well as contributing to the drive towards Zero energy buildings and the goals of our Sustainability Charter.

This is the latest chapter in our drive to strengthen expertise in key sustainable design tools, to lead the way in the delivery of high-performance, low-energy buildings. We continue to be committed to ensuring that every COADY project achieves optimal efficiency – better buildings means a better future.
