The scheme will have a transformative effect on the existing northern campus with new student accommodation comprising of 672 en-suite bedrooms in four blocks totaling 20,400m2. 

It will be delivered in two phases, the first phase will be handed over in January 2023 with the final phase due for completion in summer 2023.
