This new residential development of 73 apartments, integrated into the existing Elmpark Green, avails of wonderful views across Dublin Bay.

The design evolved through a close collaboration with our clients and their agents, and the wider design team. The design approach integrates with the existing architectural language of the existing campus and innovatively connects to the existing basement to avail of existing service and parking capacity. New landscaped spaces and children’s playground are also integrated into the design.

The building on a north south axis avails of views to the east over Dublin Bay and to the west over the adjoining golf course. Each apartment benefits from excellent orientation and wintergarden glazing to protect from strong winds from Dublin Bay.
