The day gives us an opportunity to recap on the year to date, catchup with one another and challenge our colleagues to the sports and activities of the day.

The day started with our Bi-Annual Town Hall Meeting followed by an update on our Sustainability Charter progress, COADY targets for the upcoming year and development of our projects using MMC.

Our guest speaker on the day was Stephen Donoghue from @mosartgroup who gave a fantastic presentation on the principles of PassivHaus.

A big thank you to @airfieldestate for accommodating our day, which included a BBQ, drinks and plenty of competitive activities by @dynamiceventsie to keep us entertained for the afternoon.

Also thank you @pyedundrum for hosting us late into the evening with fantastic food to keep the celebrations going.
