The project also included the delivery of a satellite office in Blanchardstown, Dublin, completed concurrently under a separate construction contract. A key objective was to create a consistent workplace identity across both locations through aligned material palettes, furniture specifications and user experience.

At the heart of the Galway headquarters is a multifunctional social hub that transforms from a staff canteen into a town hall and event space, supporting presentations, training and company-wide gatherings

A key challenge was maintaining design consistency across two independently delivered projects while achieving a highly collaborative workplace without compromising acoustic performance.  Through rigorous design coordination and integrated acoustic solutions, the completed workplaces provide a cohesive environment that enhances employee experience, strengthens company culture and supports collaboration across JJ Rhatigan’s Galway and Dublin operations.
