COADY Architects are proud to have played a key role in the successful handover of the new Ronald McDonald House, delivered using off-site construction as part of the Design & Build team led by Clancy.

This outstanding 52-bedroom facility will provide a true home away from home for families of seriously ill children receiving treatment at the new National Children’s Hospital. Due to open in 2026, the House has been thoughtfully designed to offer not only accommodation, but a welcoming and supportive environment with communal kitchens, lounges, play areas and quiet spaces — all created to provide 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀.

As Design Certifier for the project, we are honoured to have contributed to the delivery of a building that will have such a meaningful and lasting impact.
